Poor service from Mr price
This has happened over and over and over again, every single time i pay my account EFT, 2 weeks later i get a call from some legal collectors or an sms saying i am in arrears, i send AGAIN a proof of payment to 'Nicolette Naidoo'( who talks to me like its a problem to assist and very rude - and its Mrs not Miss) or to Charmaine Wilson who just never replays , Lisa Fared has been the only person who was helpful and advised what seems to be going wrong. this is really pathetic service.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is regretted that you were not advised to send your proof of payment directly to us. If you had, your query would have taken less time to be resolved. Nicolette did not know none the better when she addressed you as Miss as your title is as the same on our records. It has since been updated.
May I go further to add that Nicolette is very dedicated and works extremely hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Her error was done without malicious intent.
Please correct the ‘beneficiary statement description’ to note your Mr Price account number, ***, rather than ‘mr price’ as it will make for automatic payment allocation for your future EFT transactions and avoid any inconvenience.
