Poor service from call center

I placed an order on 09/12/2020 for the "Everlast Power Core Bench" Firstly, I was not able to use the R300 voucher I was given so I had to pay the full price plus delivery.

Secondly, the item was delivered but the box was in really bad shape, it looked like it was tossed around in the warehouse and was full of tape to hold it together.

I opened the box and found that it was missing "part 17". I contact the call center and informed them of this and was told I would be called back. This never happened and I had to call in 3 times. I was told I would be contacted for the latest Wednesday morning 16/12/2020, this never happened.

So now I am sitting with a bench that does not have all the parts and I cant make full use of it. If this is not resolved by the end of this day I would like to return the item.
