Poor service from a suppose good retail business

I order some clothes for my brothers birthday that was yesterday I asked the lady last week to find out where the stuff is and I got a rude reply it wil be at the shop on the 15 that was yesterday yesterday came nothing. Today I get put on hold for 40 minutes and still I don't get any information out of them this is not client care this is a joke
