Poor Service , false information
I am so dissappointed with Mr Price cellphone insurance, I have lost my phone beginning of November 2023, I have submited all documents that are expected from my side, but they dont bother to call me to make me aware of what is holding them to give me a new phone, worse part I have been paying for 2 yrs, they keep on saying I will recieve my phone soon.
