Poor Service

Evening. I have returned the phone that i bought at Mr Price Cresta for repairs and its been more than a month now and every time i must call and check how far are they with the phone and now i got a call that the phone has been lost on delivery between the repairer and the store i must again for them to trace what happened in the mean time i dont have a phone and i need this phone for work purpose. I find this whole process to be very unprofessional no one is able to give me a time frame when will i get my phone back.
