Poor service everyday that I call in I do not get assistance

I ordered online on the 29th of April, today I am still waiting for my order, they keep saying my order is stuck at some warehouse no one is giving me a straight answer and I requested for a refund still they are sending me from pillar to post regarding the refund everyday I call they are doing the refund it has been a headache dealing with these *********** agents, poor poor service disgusting.
