Poor service

The agents on the Mr Price whatsapp line is very unprofessional and the response time is pathetic. Very bad service received and this is not the first time as my first interaction with the agents was in the 21st of December and its been nothing but horrible. Agents takes very long to respond and after asking why I had to wait I've been told that I'm not the only customer wow! Really didn't expect this from Mr Price. Let's name and shame as there is people that would appreciate jobs more than ever Berlin, Sibahle, Nomah, Clancy, Moleboheng very unprofessional service received from them.
