Poor service 😢

Mr Price at Vaal Mall renders poor and bad service to the customers. They have a lot of tills and staff who chit chat and not service customer at the tills. We had to que for 2 hours while other staff members were chit chatting at the tills and cared less about customers. Everyone at the que was complaining, I had to que for 6 items for 2 hours and was told I cannot be assisted at the que of people swiping with bank cards because I had 6 items and not 5. Had a bad experience and don't wish to go 2 Mr Price Vaal Mall again. Learn a thing or 2 from Vaal Mall Ackermans, they are the best, the cashiers are doing the best to push the ques.
