Poor service

I made an order online went to pick it up on the 03/12/2025 at Mr price Khayelitsha Mall. I notice the parcel had a cut on the bag but didn’t maybe these something wrong with parcel.Got home open the parcel one item is missing immediately made a call to Mr Price call centre.The person who was helping me said whe will investigate it should take 24hrs to get back me.After 2 day made the call again because there no feedback still same story I must wait the are trying to get hold of the delivery company.Till today I have not received anything about my missing.Ever time I call its same story they will get back to me mind you those clothes I brought for my daughter for Christmas with my last cent.If we been ****med by reliable shop then who do we run to.
