Poor Service

I'm truly disappointed at the service I was exposed to at Mr Price, Vangate Mall today, 29.10.2019. Earlier I was at Mr Price in Durbanville to purchase a denim jacket. I was informed that they don't have my size, and the consultant was nice enough to call Mr Price in Vangate Mall, who confirmed that they have my size. It was agreed that the jacket will be kept for pick up later today. Went all the way to Vangate Mall, stood in the queue for almost 10 min, only to be told that the payment system is offline. I asked the teller to check if they have my size, to which she confirmed as Yes. I then advised that I will draw the money at the ATM to make the purchase quicker since the system is offline. Upon returning to the shop, I was informed that my size was not in stock. Understandably I was furious. What frustrates me even more was the fact that the manager was present during the conversation with the consultant, but no form of help was provided or apology for the error on their side was offered. I am truly disappointed at the kind of service received from a brand I trust and very regularly support. I expect a response on ***.
