Poor service

I opened the account last year November and they called and put the policy on my account. So December when I went to pay my installment I decided to cancel the policy. Because I was seeing that I won't afford that 300 a month my installment with a store is 157 with a credit of 1350. Ok I signed a form and leave it there in store for cancellation of policy little did I know January still the policy is still there I paid the money they asked for then Feb again policy is still appearing then I said u know what let me pay my installment. Yhoo after the 1st of March I received and sms telling me I'm owing R408, which is due this month. I called them and ask them how come they said I skipped the month I said no I never skipped the month I pay even before due date. Then I said is the policy still active they said yes I said how come because I did cancel December. They said there is no such they referred me to financial provider I cancel my policy and they told me if only I can go to the store where I filled the form so that they can fax it and they will have a proof of the date which I said I cancel my policy then they will refund my money to my credit. To cut the story short I went to the store they said they dont have someone who is trained to do that I have to go to another branch when I'm in that branch the manager call the other branch where I signed the form they said eish our machine is not working. So she asked them why would they have to send me up and down. So the manager of the store I signed the form said she will send me the form then I emailed it myself to the financial provider now I'm doing their job. I did send the form. But no response instead I got massage again saying I'm owing 228 cause I paid yesterday my Installment.
