Poor service

I would like to say how SEVERELY IRRITATED AND DISAPPOINTED I AM IN THE PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I received today!

I placed an order more than a week go online for which delivery was supposed to be today and when I called this morning to follow up I was told it would be escalated because there seems to have seen a system issue and someone would call me back. I then waited 5 hours and still no feedback and was then advised it has been escalated to a team leader but it takes them 24 hours to respond. How in the world does it take a team leader 24 hours to investigate and do a RCA to get to an answer!

I want an answer today or to be called by someone in management because I myself is a team leader and this is pathetic service. The people on the fone in customer care sounds so rude and line they don't even want to help you. This is pathetic really
