POOR SERVICE

So order something online ,1st it didnt wanted to accept the 100 off 1st time purchase den when i tried to link my store a nd bnk card it gave a error 4 3 times , den i decide to pay at the store , i recieved a ordr number what wanted to make sure when is da payment due onda day of collection or wat , i called the customer service line after holding on 4 30 min da line disc the watsap line is not available ,

Went to the store and believe no can tell when is payment due im being reffered to customer service the more im saying the line disc they tell me they cant help
