Poor service delivery from the company, my phone never got delivered to me.

I order a phone through the Mr price app and it was said to be delivered in 3-5 days. The phone order made on the 1st of December, on the 5th of December I received an SMS stating that the delivery will come before 5pm that day but it never happened, even now the delivery is still not here.

It's the final day of the delivery 8 December.
