Poor service delivery from Mr Price

I purchased a gift voucher on line as a gift for my little brother on Tuesday the 1st of september. I waited for a confirmation and eventually decided to give them a call but they advised that I wait for 24hours but to this date they still have not responded. I have been calling and sending emails to enquire but no one has bothered to provide feedback in this regard. The service I got is very poor. The consultants keep saying I should hold the line when I call but that is always how they end my calls cause I hold until the waiting time ends.
