POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>I orderd a skirt a month ago from mr price centurion mall. I did not have a size, I asked the ladies if they can check for me at the other stores, they found it in Mr Price in Mabopane , it was requested for me and then I was told that it will arrive at their store in the next two weeks,they will call me as soon as it arrives ,but ita a month already now and I still haven't recieved a call from them. I tried calling the store several times , they never pick up their phone, Im so dissapointed , and to think that I went to the store twice to check if they really oderded the skirt for me. The same ladies that were assisting me ensured me that I will get the skirt in the next two weeks. Till today , nothing !!! This is pathetic,why do we always to have to complain to get better service,even worse for something you going to pay for?? </p>
