Poor service delivery

The level of unprofessionalism that is both at ground level and head office level is very alarming and i very much fear for the poor citizens who are engaging in business with you guys on a daily bases. I reported a ********** case that took place in my name and none of your ***** department has even called to confirm that my docs have been received and how far you are with the case. First of all i do not have any business relationship with you guys and i have never opened any card with you but my information was recklessely handled buy your compay.
