Poor service

I ordered online on 20 May 2020 from Mr Price and the payment was deducted from my bank account. I never received an order confirmation. I have sent numerous emails and phoned their call centre. No one rep**** to my emails and no answer at the call centre. Really very disappointed with the service from Mr Price and will never order online from them again.
