Poor service
Bought shorts as a gift. It was too small and wanted to change it for a bigger size. The Bothasig branch didn't have any but VA Waterfront showed stock. The problem is they haven't answered there phones all day. I need the shorts transferred to Bothasig. How do you get hold of management. All you get told is that everyone is on leave. Really. What type of half ****ed business am I dealing with.

06 Jan 2025, 11:08What a lovely surprise. Today I was contacted by the V & A Waterfront store by a lady named Kauther. She confirmed that they definitely had the shorts I was looking for and would hold it for me. Delivery to the bothasig branch would take 2 to 3 weeks. Hence me going all the way there. I am happy to say that my problem has been resolved.
