Poor service

I'm soo disappointed with mrprice online shopping client care agent..... made orders they debited from my account but the order has been cancelled now I'm struggling to get my money back.i always call and tell me that the person who was assisting me will call me back but no one calls.why shud I wait for someone who was assisting aren't they all doing the same job?? I'm even expected to memorise all their names.this ppl are so *********** they don't even knw how to talk with clients.
