Poor Service

On the 27.11.2020 I on my way to work I left with my aunt in the morning to select Christmas clothes for the kids so that I can go and pay for them on my lunch time my aunt went and asked for set aside she was told that there is no guarantee that she will get the items on her return by sales assistant in Mr price greenstone I then went on my lunch time had to stand on the long quoeee almost my entire lunch and the minute we approached the tills we asked for our set aside and no one was willing to assist us and including the lady by the name of Mpho of which we didn't understand her role in the store even after my aunt begged her to go and check at the back as the assistant took the basket to back area and she refused to assist us From my side I felt that their service was totally poor and it's for the second time now this is happening and I took my time to go and stand on the long qoeeus and at the end of the day I left empty handed and very disappointed as I had to again go to Mr Price in Mall of Africa for kiddies clothing I did spend transport money which was not even necessary for Me to go there if they have assisted Me. I felt they have let Me down again and I am a loyal customer to them for years.
