Poor Service

I was forced to give you guys 1 star. I logged a complaint and I was sent an email that somebody from the accounts department will get back to me and nobody has gotten back me as yet. I have paid up this account I can't understand why you can't get it right. It's been 2 months now, how much longer is this going to take
