Poor service at mrprice client care

Their client care are not willing to assist people they will ask who was assisting you before and they tell you to wait for the call of the person who was assisting you ....I have been waiting for the call still 7 days later....whenever I do follow up call I get the same story,this is incompetency at the best level.
