poor service at mrp greenacres mall

My friend and i have been looking for a shoe that is at mrp greenacres mall . we called and it is there but they keep telling us that we must wait for an sms . i mean its bee a week going there evrryday and they say the shoe is in the storeroom. its not like we want the shoe for free so I dont understand. poor customer service
