Poor service at Mr Price

So I placed an order online at Mr P for ankle boots and kiddies jacket, but when they delivered the boots left shoe was size 8 but the right shoe size 5. I then called them on ***and the lady I spoke to told me that you can't return the products online I have to go to the store, which I found very unprofessional because you can allow me to buy online but have to return at the store. I kept my calm and hung up.... After 3 hours I called them again and spoke to a guy whom I told that I cannot go to the store and they must come and collect the stuff, to my surprise they guy didn't give me any hustles, he told me that he has sent the request and the courier company will contact me to arrange pick up time. So their response on queries depend on who you speaking with and how nice you are, if you are nice they give you a run around and tell you stories. Order number: ********** 48511
