Poor service and Por communication

Imagine ordering with a delivery period of 5-7 days.. now on day 10 and no one can tell me why the order has not been delivered. The system says "due 2 october" but nothing in sight. then when i query with the Whatsapp agents, 1 tells me it will be there by the 2nd, the next agent tells me its 5-7 days from the time its shipped to the couriers (which has also passed) then the others tell me they will liaise with the couriers and revert but noting again.. One agent went as far as to end my chat because she didnt want to answer my questions... i mean i paid for something but im not getting it.. its unacceptable. if theres a delay, you should communicate as quickly as you take the money
