POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

I made an online purchase on the 1st of December and delivery was said to be on the 7th. Till today I still haven't received my order. I have been calling them to check the status of my order but they kept telling me that they will check the courier company and get back to me. The courier company also hasn't been answering my calls.

Now I received an email on the 15th stating that my order has been delivered and signed for, but by who because I did not receive any order nor did my family, nor did i receive a call from the delivery person to confirm my address. When I called Mr price customer service, the lady last said she will check what the problem is and then she put me on hold until they knocked off at 17h00.

At this point because of the poor service from Mr price and Fastway couriers, I would rather get my money back.
