Poor service and being denied a promotion by Lungile, Mxolisi and Mthokozisi Qwabe.

Poor service from Lungile tbe manager at Newcastle Rock store, filtering down to her staff Mxolisi and Mthokozisi Qwabe. I have never felt rudely and disrespected for having the incorrect receipt and being denied a promotion by Lungile because I didnt have the right receipt so I dont deserve the promotion. Mthokozisi has no respect for me nor the customer he was busy assisting as he was putting his nose in my query and not paying attention to the customer in front of him. Mxolisi had a nerve to question me if I was a till operator before, is this the service that the staff in that store is trained to give to its customers?? Lungile doesnt deserve to be a manager, what kind of a leader disregards a customer. Not even an interest in the customer. Wow. I felt like ****, like I'm some dog today the way these 3 treated me today. Theres people out there that needs jobs and would treat customers fair and better than these 3.
