poor service and bad attitude is unacceptable

i went to mr price boulders mall in midrand i was not happy with the long ques at the store the were only two tellers and the que is bad because its month end after complaining they asked one teller to come in the front and assist and she was very rude. when i went to the paying point i asked the teller who is the store manager she was unable to tell me i even asked for supervisors name she still didnt tell me, after i asked for her name she said mapule and i also checked the slip after paying her name is mmapula (mmac). i was not happy at all because i have an account with mr price so i dont know whether they want to loose a client because the service is poor and its not only today the service at mr price boulders is bad i think they should hire more staff because i musy say they have business and the foors were very dirty or is it because the majority race are black so they think we dont know customer service<br> <br> feedback will highly be appreciated i stood in the que for an hour which unacceptable. mr price is not a click were buy you spend the whole day waiting for assistance
