Poor Service

This is service I didn't expect from Mr Price. Maybe the sales woman didn't like the fact I was making a purchase. I purchased a phone at the Mr Price West Street, branch, Durban central on the 16/08/26. I asked the assistant Nosisa, as per receipt in my possession, for a specific phone, she takes the one on display and swaps it with the new in the package. She puts the new one on display. The offer came with a Vodacom data bundle, which she gave me a story about because I didn't choose Telkom. It's my money that was spent. I still have the model phone as she said that there were no refunds.
