Poor Service
I received the below sms from ACS and they called me to say that my MR Price account is due for payment Contact ACS urgently or make immediate payment on your Mr Price Home acc ,to avoid Debt Collection Action. Bal R 589.96 Ref ***.Tel ***
I paid my account on the 16th of March 2022 and my installment due was R415.00, its sad to say that Mr Price delivers poor service, the debtors department must do their work right. I even made another payment last week on my account, I dont even know yet what my March installment is, I am waiting to pay it next week.
I emailed my bank statement to *** and ***.
