Poor service

I like to highlight that your service is pathetic, I opened an account at one of your stores, documents sent several times by the store, by whatsApp, by e-mail, how can a clothing account take 3 days to be approved, these days even if you buying a car you get feedback the same day, your process suck, it's long, it's time wasting, I hqve never experienced such a pathetic service to just open a clothing account, you need to learn from other people on how they are minimizing their turnaround times to provide feedback to customers, ask foschini, thruworths and Woolworths, they don't even take an hour to provide feedback, I had to keep phoning in order to be asked the same documents that had been sent 20 times already
