Poor service !

Ordered an item online, was delivered to the wrong store, I had to go to a physical store to purchase a similar item…lodged a complaint about 2weeks ago and requested that they collect and refund my money, I was informed that the process would take 2 weeks, now I am getting excuses!!!!
