Poor Service

A month ago I bought a phone from Mr Price and I received an sms stating that I have a R250 voucher to use before the 30 June 2020 and I went to the stores where no one seem to have knowledge about this.

What really irritated me most, when I went to Mr Price Kempton Square and I had to wait for the Supervisor to call the contact centre to enquire about this voucher he was busy going up and down chatting to the other employees and after a while he comes to me and asking me what voucher I am referring too. Maybe we are the low class society but we are the customers and we deserve to be treated with respect and good customer service.

Today this voucher is expiring and I cannot use it because no one has an idea how it works and which sale can be used for this. Why give falls information to customers and as for a supervisor to lack product information it is just low.
