Poor service

So today I went to collect my order at Mrp Nigel, they just asked me if I'm in a hurry for my items like seriously. Just to avoid drama I asked if they will contact me as soon as they are back on like the lady that was helping me just looked at me and didn't say much so I left. Thought atleast they would take my numbers and keep checking to see when the network comes back.
