Poor service

On the 26th of March 2023 I went into Mr Price Store (Centurion Mall) to purchase a few items including a charging cable. Everything was paid for including the cable. I then left the store and went directly to my car. To my surprise when I got home and unpacked everything the charging cable was nowhere to be found. I went back to the store on the 27th of March 2023 to inquire about the missing cable. I was advised that CCTV cameras are not functional at that store and their stock on hand balances. Now as a customer I must incur the loss of something that I have already paid for. As a customer i asked the manager how do we solve this then She said there’s nothing she can do.
