Poor Service

Good Day,

I've tried purchasing a cellphone online, there was a promotion on the cellphone, however when trying to check it out, it kept defaulting back to the original price. I've been querying with Mr Price for the past 3 weeks, however they've keep on being giving me the round around, saying they'll get back to me and up to today I've heard nothing, this is disgusting service.
