poor service

GOOD Evenning My name is Sydwell Oldjohn, i took insurance with Mr price mobile insurance two years back. consultant made empty promises and promised to call me back till now and I was send the banking details to pay for excess fee yesterday which i did pay .send proof of payment, I have not received any confirmation from the insurance as when i can get my phone.they dont do any follow up until you have to contact them (Ref MRPIN***) I am really disappointed for poor customer service
