Poor service

<p>I went to MR Price in pavilion and queried about a skirt in stock. There was a guy who said he would find out but returned to inform me that there was a reject one in stock. I thanked him but later on called to check if they had a larger size and the person informed me that galleria mall has stock. I have been trying to contact the Galleria Mall branch since yesterday only no one answers the phones and when they dont answer their lines are busy. I find this very inconvenient because the Chatsworth branch that is closest never has any of the stock and neither does it receive some of the stock that we find in pavilion or Galleria. So I wanted to find out if there is stock at galleria before I travel all the way to Galleria only to find out there is none. Til now no one answers the phones and it's always line is busy. Very poor service. </p>
