Poor service

Today went to Mr price clothing at East rand mall while i was busy checking for a size someone stole my phone inside my pocket went to security guard to ask for help, she didnt even bother herself, she just told me there's no cameras in the store,I should go back n check where i was standing,rush back to one of the stuff to ask if she can help to call the phone since the security says there's no cameras, she told me there's cameras i should go to the tills to ask for help, the lady i got by the till didn't even bother herself she told there's no cameras I'm not happy with the customer service i got, Mr price stuff don't care about their customers. funny enough how can a big store like that not to have any cameras wow
