Poor service

<p>I took a contract with mr price mobile and they advised that you need to load airtime to make calls, mean time they gave an open line and i get billed. This was false information. I called their call center on the 25th and Neliswa Mlambo advised that she will listen to the call recording and call me back within 2-3 working days, till today I haven't received the call. She said that for them to cancel the contract i neef to pay R500 for opening the box. How would i have known if I didn't open the box. I do understand there is a cancellation fee but not for opening the box. Thats ****. I need them to send someone to come and fetch their phone they bridged the contract. </p>
