Poor service

Mr Price have introduced a system where a receipt is emailed if customer chooses so however they did not relay such to the security company as we were asked a recipt when all other customers were not asked and when we explained that the receipt is emailedand the phone is flat we were stoped as if we stole items and the manager seemed not sure how to deal with security
