Poor service

On Thursday (17 May 2018) evening i went to the Mr price store at at the Waterfront in Cape Town to buy myself as ankle black boot unfortunately they did not have my size on the floor and i asked one of the sales lady to help me look for my size as i had contacted Bayside mall on Monday and i was told that Waterfront has my size, the lady that was assisting me was in a rush whilst assisting me as she had a friend who visited her at the store who happened to be working in one of the shops inside the mall i picked that up from their conversation, we searched for my size with no luck and then i suggested that she checks on the system and she did and the system showed that they had 2 pairs of size 5 of the boot and she told me that those 2 pairs could be in the store room and unfortunately people that work in the store room had left already for the day and that i should come the following day . I then suggested that i leave my contact details so that she can keep a pair for me and then give me a call confirming that my pair has been set aside, OH WOW guess what i am still waiting for Zanele to give me a call and tell me if they have the boot or not. What a poor customer service!!!!!
