Poor Service

I placed an order and paid for delivery withing 1-3 days. Today is day 6. I got an e-mail this morning that some of the items I have ordered - and already paid for - was out of stock even though they were available to order. I e-mailed them back on their mail to tell them to credit the Items that was out of stock and send me the balance asap as I have now been waiting for long and I also need the delivery fee refunded as they did not deliver withing the promised time or give any feedback. Guess what - no reply to the e-mail. This is really bad service.
