Poor service

Disgusting online service. I ordered items on the Mr Price online service and paid for this items on the 19 November 2020. I was supposed to receive my items by the 30 November but till today no response as to my delivery or any communication from the store regarding my order. I am highly disappointed by the poor service. I have been to store a couple of time inquiring my delivery but they have no clue what is going at their head office when it comes to online orders. I would highly appreciate a response as to the way forward.
