Poor Service

Today I went to Mr Price Mountain Mill Mall ( Worcester ) trying to return a pair of shoes that I bought online, the Manager told me they have a 30day return policy from the purchase of the items. when i told him i purchased the staff on the 02/12 so today is the 30th day he then said they have a 29th day return policy, I left and came back after i read the return policy from their website yhoo the guy was soo rude saying he doesn't have time for me cause the shop is soo busy. He took the plastic with the item for exchange threw me with the slip
