Poor service

I purchased items online on the 19 May 2020.. Hoping to receive it for fathers day which was the 21 June 2020.. It's a month later and received no response as to where my order is.. Even after sending an email to check where my order was.. This is unacceptable because we pay in advance for our order and don't get it on time.
