poor service

I bought sleep wear for my sisters children last week Friday & the sizes was not correct.I went to your store on Sunday to purchase new sleep wear as I did not have the bag with me to exchange.When I dropped the new sleep wear I took the bag & could only exchange today however I bought a bag in stead.<br> <br> When I got to the till the gentleman tells me in Afrikaans \you come here to exchange everyday.Why do you not buy proper things you want to come exchange all the time". I am in your store at least twice a week as I work in the area & I am one of those people that wants to fit things in the comfort of my home & I help my sister with her children so yes I won't always have the sizes correct.<br> <br> I am under the impression that all stores exchange goods as long as they have not been worn with their tags on & the slip.I was very disappointed & embarrassed at the manner in which this guy spoke to me & that in front of other clients & his colleagues.The people next to me even looked at me & he started laughing."""
