Poor service
I went to store to change my payment method from 12 months to 6 months. At the store they told me I need to contact head office. I just contacted head office and they telling me they cannot change my payment method to 6 months but they can only change to 12 months only.
What kind of system is this.... It only favours them to charge us for interests and not assist customers
