Poor service

Went to sunny park to buy clothes with my account. Lady asked for ID I told her I don't have it... I told her I have it on my phone she says I can look for it.. I did and I show her she says she wants original. I asked to speak to manager she told to back get the original. What a terrible way to treat a customer. They were rude. Also Mr price must upgrade their systems cause they just lost a sale yet they allow payments with just a card. What a horrible experience.. Mr price sunny park branch Pretoria
